The
weekend of April
16-17 marked the beginning of the new season of four
wheeling. We had a total of seven Jeeps, one Suzuki, and my
S-10 out on the trails of Tuttle Creek ORV. I was glad to finally get
out and try some of the new modifications to the truck. The Dana 44
axles held up well, and I was able to push it a little further without
having to worry. Unfortunately
I started pushing a little too hard and
managed to bust a front axle u-joint in the Rock Garden. It was the
second trip though and it gave me a chance to try out the new
winch. All and all, it was a good weekend for doing
some testing and tuning of the winter projects.
